Gen 18:1-2 KJV
(1) And the LORD appeared unto him in the plains of Mamre: and he sat in the tent door in the heat of the day;
(2) And he lift up his eyes and looked, and, lo, three men stood by him: and when he saw them, he ran to meet them from the tent door, and bowed himself toward the ground,

Who were these 3 men?It is my understanding one was God(Jesus) and 2 were angels.

It appears like it was God and 2 other men who are likely to be angels. Do you think the three men are a representation of the father, the son and the holy spirit?

No I don't believe the three represent Father Son and Spirit.Some people do though.
It is clear the two men who went down to Sodom were angels.
